I’ve been practicing physical therapy since 2011, with a clinical foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. I’ve always enjoyed helping people understand their bodies, recover from injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them. As my career evolved — and especially after becoming a mother — I pursued advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum recovery and pediatric pelvic floor therapy. My own experiences and the families I've worked with showed me how often these needs go unsupported, even though they have a major impact on daily life. Today, my practice brings these areas together. I treat orthopedic and sports injuries, pelvic floor conditions, and pediatric pelvic concerns using the same approach: one-on-one care, thoughtful assessment, and treatment plans that are realistic and practical. As both a physical therapist and a parent, I understand that healthcare has to fit into real life. My goal is to make high-quality physical therapy more accessible, more personalized, and more useful for the people I serve.
